Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We highly value your patronage. If you didn’t receive your product or it is significantly different to the description, we guarantee to uphold our DELIVERY PROMISE and will refund your payment.
We also understand that at times, our customers may have a change of mind or wish to order an alternative product. In this instance, if you wish to make a return you are welcome to do so within 7 days. We would be happy to exchange the item or offer you shop credit.
DELIVERY PROMISE: Faulty or wrongly supplied goods will be exchanged or refunded and postage will be at Cottons n Buttons’ expense. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo clearly showing the problem. This will assist us in a speedy refund process.
CHANGE OF MIND: Please contact Cottons n Buttons within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. We will provide you with a return address for the item/s. Please understand that return postage will be at the customer’s cost, and the item/s must be returned in their original condition.
All information collected by Cottons n Buttons will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. No information will be traded, sold or otherwise to third parties.
